Warren A. Lacey appeals the revocation of his probation and also argues that his sentence is illegal. After reviewing the evidence, we find that the district court did not abuse its discretion when it revoked Lacey's probation for committing a new crime and ordered Lacey to serve the underlying prison term. However, the court did impose an illegal sentence for the underlying crime based on an erroneous criminal history score.
