-I. This action belongs to a series of similar cases which includes Reinertsom v. Struthers, 201 Iowa 1186; Pullan v. Struthers, 201 Iowa 1179; Pullan v. Struthers, 201 Iowa 709. Those three cases, however, were for the recovery of damages for fraud in the sale of stock of the Bankers Loan & Investment Coin-pany only. The present action is for damages for fraud in the sale of stock of the Consolidated Chemical Products Company only.. Defendants' main reliance is on the proposition that plaintiffs have heretofore sued and recovered on the same cause of action, and that the action…
