The plaintiffs in this action are the infant heirs of the late George A. Steinway, who died on or about the 14th day of September, 1898, leaving a last will and testament bearing date February 6, 1897, in and by which he nominated, constituted and appointed his cousins, Charles H. Stein way and Frederick T. Steinway, and his brother-in-law, Louis von Bernuth, as executors and trustees thereunder.
