Currently before the court is plaintiff Hampton University’s (“Hampton”) motion for a preliminary injunction against defendant Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (“ACPE”). For the reasons stated herein, the court DENIES plaintiffs motion.
PROCEDURAL HISTORY
