This is an original proceeding commenced in this court to review an award of the State Industrial Commission. On October 1, 1929, Marion Whitehead, as claimant, filed his claim for compensation against the White Oak Refining Company, as respondent, and. Aetna Life Insurance Company, as insurance carrier.
