I. INTRODUCTION.

Plaintiff brings the instant action seeking damages for the termination of his employment allegedly in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., and the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
