This is a paternity case. The defendant, Floyd Prude, appeals from a judgment which found him to be the father of a chüd bom to the plaintiff, Valeria Staples. His contentions are two: the judgment of paternity was contrary to the weight of the evidence, and the trial court violated his right against self-incrimination by ordering him to answer interrogatories propounded by the plaintiff.
