Plaintiff, Kylene Hylton, brings this action against Defendants seeking damages personally and on behalf of her infant daughter, who died following medical treatment by the Defendant physicians at New York Methodist Hospital and Christ Hospital in New Jersey. 2 Now before this Court is the joint motion of Christ Hospital physicians Yijay Akkapeddi and Yangyu Steven Shih to dismiss the Complaint.
