This appeal arises from a decision of the Circuit Court of DuPage County authorizing the Continental Illinois National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago, as Successor Trustee under a Trust Agreement referred to as Trust 266, to retain shares of its own capital stock in the trust portfolio.
It appears from the pleadings that, in 1935, one Lucy M. Glos created a certain trust known as Trust No. 266.
