Cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court (Meddaugh, J.), entered December *78422, 2000 in Sullivan County, which, inter alia, denied plaintiffs motion for summary judgment.
Defendant was severely injured in an August 1998 head-on collision when she was struck by a vehicle owned and operated by Grace Dunn while operating a vehicle owned by Edward Jacobs and insured by plaintiff.
