This is an appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of the defendants in a wrongful death action which arose out of a collision between a car and a tractor-trailer truck.
The issues raised on appeal do not require detailed knowledge of the facts of the accident for resolution. It is sufficient to know that Joachim Bruck, Jr., died from injuries sustained in a collision between a car in which he was riding as a passenger and a truck driven by Steven Reynolds.
