Respondent was admitted to the practice of law in the First Judicial Department on November 30, 1949, and has main*21tained an office for the practice of law within the First Department at all relevant times herein. Petitioner Departmental Disciplinary Committee (DDC) seeks an order pursuant to 22 NYCRR 603.4 (d) confirming the findings of the Hearing Panel recommending that respondent be disbarred.
