This appeal presents for our review a decision by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Hon. Charles S. Haight, Jr., Judge), reversing two orders issued by Bankruptcy Judge Stanley T. Lesser in the course of a Chapter XII arrangement proceeding.
