This case is before the Supreme Court on certified questions from the Court of Civil Appeals for the 7th district at Amarillo, Texas. The certificate, is as follows:
“The appellants Hatcher and wife borrowed $4,500.00 in July, 1926, from the appellee Loan Association, executing their note for said sum, secured by a deed of trust upon certain property in the City of Plainview.
