OPINION

VAIDIK, Judge.

Case Summary

Office Environments, Inc. appeals the trial court's dismissal of its complaint against Lake States Insurance Company and Harleysville Insurance Company (collectively, "Lake States"). Pursuant to Trial Rule 41(E), the trial court dismissed the lawsuit with prejudice as a sanction for Office Environments' noncompliance with its order to mediate the case in accordance with local rules. Because we cannot say that the trial court abused its discretion by dismissing the action in light of Office Environments' dilatoriness and failure to follow the proper channels…
