The action is brought to recover for certain repair work done by the plaintiff about the Twenty-second Regiment Armory and the armory of Squadron A, both located in the borough of Manhattan, city of Yew York.
One item, 'amounting to ninety-two dollars and eighty-five cents, was for repairs to a motor used to operate an exhaust fan to carry off the smoke from an indoor rifle range.
