The bill of complaint in this case alleges in substance that in October, 1913, and prior thereto, the plaintiff, Milton E. Lee, was a member and master of Enterprise Lodge Ho. 3. an association of individuals, and one of the subordinate lodges of the Most Worshipful United Grand Lodge of Eree and Accepted Masons of Maryland, Incorporated. That on one occasion in the latter part of October, 1913, while the plaintiff was officiating as master in the temple, he was requested by one of the defendants. Morris C.
