The complaint alleges the collection of the taxes on the property is unlawful and illegal be*375cause the property in question is exempt from taxation both as property owned by the plaintiff and used exclusively for the purposes of a non-profit hospital under sec. 70.11 (4m), Stats. (1975), and as property owned by the plaintiff and used for housing for members of religious orders and communities under sec. 70.11(4), Stats. (1975).
