Order, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Stanley Green, J.), entered September 22, 2014, which denied the motion of defendant Howard M. Rombom, Ph.D., P.C. (Rombom P.C.) for summary judgment dismissing the complaint as against it, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs, and the motion granted. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment accordingly.
