McKay Properties, Inc., has appealed the decision of the Pulaski County Chancery Court, Fourth Division, which denied counterclaims asserted by McKay Properties against Alexander & Associates, Inc., arising from provisions of a purchase and sale agreement concerning a residential real estate brokerage business.
