Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Tompkins County (Cassidy, J.), entered March 7, 2016, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, to modify a prior order of custody.
Petitioner (hereinafter the father) and respondent (hereinafter the mother) are the parents of a son (born in 2013). In November 2014, the parties agreed to an order of custody and visitation for the child that awarded the mother sole legal and primary physical custody and the father specified parenting time.
