Wilbur v. Wilbur

This was a bill in chancery, brought by John Gr. Wilbur, Mary Switzer, Charles A. Switzer and Dennis W. Switzer, against Jesse Wilbur, to contest the will of Dennis S. Wilbur, deceased. John Gr. Wilbur, one of the complainants, and Jesse Wilbur, the defendant, are sons of the testator, the latter being the executor and proponent of the will. The other complainants are the children of a deceased daughter of the testator. Dennis S.
