Massaro, J.), entered June 19, 2009, which, to the extent appealed from as limited by the briefs, denied the hotel defendants’ motion for summary judgment insofar as it sought dismissal of plaintiffs Labor Law §§ 200 and 241 (6) and common law negligence claims, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs, the motion granted and the complaint dismissed as against the hotel defendants. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment accordingly.
