Petitioner appeals a judgment of the trial court refusing to release him from custody on a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. ORS 34.710. We affirm.

On February 19,1985, petitioner was ordered to serve six months imprisonment in Jackson County jail as a condition of probation, after being convicted for possession of a controlled substance.
