Defendant appeals from the denial of his motion to set aside his plea of guilty to the charge of attempted murder, RSA 629:1 I; RSA 630:1-a (I) (a), because his plea had not been entered voluntarily. A hearing was held on defendant’s motion on January 15,1976, and on January 19, 1976, the Trial Court (Flynn, J.) denied the motion, finding that the plea of guilty had been made “voluntarily and intelligently free from concern.” Defendant filed his exception to this ruling.
