The only question which we deem it necessary to consider upon this appeal is whether there was any evi dence of negligence on the part of the defendant, which, according to any reasonable view, justified the verdict of the jury. If there was, the learned trial court erred in setting the verdict aside, and the judgment dismissing the complaint must be reversed. In considering the question thus presented all contested facts must be assumed to have been found in' favor of the plaintiff, and she is entitled to the most favorable inferences deducible from the evidence.
