A disagreement between attorneys regarding fees has led to the filing of this appeal by the attorneys dissatisfied with the decision rendered in the underlying declaratory judgment and breach of contract action. The dissatisfied attorneys are Burlington & Rockenbach, P.A. (Burlington), which is a professional association of attorneys specializing in appellate practice.
