The plaintiff, Herbert A. Galford, appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County in favor of the sole appellee, National Indemnity Company, entered upon the appellee’s motion for summary judgment. Galford was a guest-passenger in an automobile owned and operated by one Hollis Lynn Nicholas. The car went off a road in Maryland and struck a tree.
