This is an action by the appellee against the appellant to recover on a life insurance policy issued by the appellant insuring the life of H. C. Miller in the sum of $2,500 for the benefit of his wife, Maudie L. Miller, the appellee. The complaint alleged the issuance of the policy, the death of Miller on February 8, 1922, the payment of the premiums, and the compliance with the terms of the policy on the part of the insured and the appellee.
