The plaintiffs claim to be the owners of the dock, and entitled to the possession of the same, through divers conveyances to them of the interest of Louis Harbrecht and Louis Allgewahr, who, as is claimed by the plaintiffs, were the original owners-of the dock. The defendant company claims to be entitled to use the dock by virtue of a permit from Louis Harbrecht, that Louis Harbrecht alone was the original owner of the dock, and that the-plaintiffs have no title to the same.
