Green, J.:

Town Center Shopping Center, LLC (Town Center), brought an action to recover rent, taxes, insurance, and common-area maintenance expenses from Premier Mortgage Funding, Inc. (Premier). Nancy Bayer, an employee of Premier, signed a lease on Premier’s behalf in violation of her employment agreement. The district court determined that Premier was hable for all rent and costs, including attorney fees, under the lease.
