|2The defendant, Damineo A. Bozeman, was charged by bill of information with possession of a Schedule II controlled dangerous substance (cocaine), a violation of La. R.S. 40:967 C. The defendant pled not guilty. The defendant filed a motion to suppress the evidence seized, which was denied. Following a jury trial, the defendant was found guilty as charged. He was sentenced to five years at hard labor.
