The appellant filed an action for specific performance of a contract for sale of real estate. On final hearing the trial court denied the relief sought, and this appeal ensued.

On October 9, 1967, the parties entered into a written agreement in which the appellant, herein referred to as the purchaser, was given an option to purchase four listed and described parcels of land.
