Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Michael Gross, J.), rendered August 6, 2013, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of manslaughter in the first degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term of 25 years, unanimously affirmed.

The court properly declined to give a jury instruction regarding the voluntariness of defendant’s videotaped statement, because there was insufficient evidence to present a factual dispute on the issue (see People v Medina, 93 AD3d 459 [1st Dept 2012], lv denied 19 NY3d 999 [2012]).
