This consolidated appeal involves three district courts and three defendants: Ce dric Henderson, Jr., Donavan Barrington McClune, and Bobby Kirkendoll. Each defendant appeals the respective district court’s denial of his motion for a sentence reduction under 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2), which permits the discretionary modification of a defendant’s sentence in certain cases where the sentencing range has been subsequently lowered by the United States Sentencing Commission.
