Relator, Chrysler Financial Corporation, seeks this Court’s supervisory review of the trial court’s denial of its motion for summary judgment.
Defendants/Respondents Emma Thompson and Egbert L. Borne entered into a retail installment contract with Benson Jeep-Eagle for the purchase of a 1994 Jeep Cherokee. The contract was signed by respondents on July 16, 1994 and assigned to the relator.
