This is a bill in equity brought by the Moxie Nerve Food Company of New England, manufacturers of a liquid known as “Moxie' Nerve Food” or “Moxie,” against the Modox Company and others, manufacturers of a beverage called “Modox,”' charging that the defendants have infringed the complainant’s trademark rights, imitated its trade-name and goods, and in various ways have been guilty of unfair competition.
