In a policy of insurance issued to Willie Jackson,' Unity Industrial Life Insurance Company, Inc., agreed that for and in consideration of the specified premium it would insure the life of the said Jackson. In the policy it was stipulated that if Jackson should, during the life of the policy, permanently lose the sight of both eyes, the company would pay to him one-half the face of the policy and would issue to him, without further cost, a paid-up life policy for such amount as would have been payable under the original policy, less the amount already paid for the permanent total disability…
