OPINION
HARDBERGER, Justice.
Faye Levine, individually and as representative of the estate of Ben Levine, appeals from a take nothing judgment rendered in favor of the Maverick County Water Control and Improvement District following a bench trial. Levine brought suit to recover damages against the Water District for shutting off water to her family’s farm which resulted in death by desiccation of some of Levine’s cattle and the forced liquidation of the remainder.
