Dorchester Associates LLC (“Dorches-ter” or “petitioner”) filed a petition for review of the decision and order of the Board of Zoning Adjustment (“BZA” or “Respondent”) denying Dorchester’s application for a special exception to allow the construction of thirteen single family homes on a single subdivided lot in the Chain Bridge Road/University Terrace section of the District of Columbia. Dor-chester challenges: the BZA’s factual findings and conclusions pertaining to its proposed storm water management system, tree protection, and the impact of its proposed development…
