In this trademark infringement action, plaintiff Unity Health Plans Insurance Corporation (“Unity Health”) seeks injunctive relief against defendant Iowa Health System, which began the process of rebranding itself in early March of 2013 as UnityPoint Health (generally identified in the remainder of this opinion by the name under which it now does business, “Unity-Point”).
