Ellis v. Gann

This is an appeal from the circuit court of Benton County dismissing the petition of appellants to the county board of education to consolidate School Districts Nos. 1, 2, 15, 34, 101, 109, 111, 114, 121 129 and 136 into one district under the provisions of act 156 of the Acts of 1927 (page 549).
