— Order, Supreme Court, New York County, entered September 9, 1980, denying defendants’ motion for summary judgment, without prejudice to renewal, is reversed, on the law, with costs, and defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint is granted. Plaintiff’s papers in opposition to the motion for summary judgment are wholly inadequate to raise a triable issue of fact.
