*834¶ 1 Defendant, Francesca V. Marciano, appeals the judgment of conviction entered upon a jury verdict finding her guilty of theft from her employer. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.

¶ 2 In Morrison v. People, 19 P.3d 668 (Colo.2000), our supreme court held that when a defendant's challenge for cause of a juror is improperly denied, and the challenged juror ultimately serves on the jury, the defendant's right to a fair and impartial jury is violated and reversal is required.
