The plaintiff, Albert Johnson, despite the fact that he is receiving all compensation payments and medical benefits to which he is currently entitled under the Longshoremen’s and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C.A. § 901, et seq., filed suit against his employer’s compensation insurance carrier to recover damages because of alleged negligence and wantonness in conducting certain safety inspections and in providing safety engineering to plaintiff’s employer.
