This is an application made pursuant to sections 20 and 34 (subd. 9) of the Mental Hygiene Law of the State of New York for an order “ granting an inspection of the hospital records at Eockland State Hospital pertaining to the petitioner during his stays at said institution; and for such other and further relief as to the Court seems just and proper in the premises.” (Notice of motion.)
