I am writing this letter to mle in the above case. -

The stipulated issue in this case is whether the will of Forest Buford Monroe devises and bequeaths all of the property which passed thereunder in fee simple and absolutely to Mary P. Monroe.

Forest Buford Monroe died testate on November 4, 1987. EBs will was probated in the Nelson County Circuit Court on November 20,1987. The second paragraph of his will provided as follows:

After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses, I give, devise, and bequeath all of my property and estate, real, personal, and mixed,…
