This is a review pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2325 of the Decision and Order of the Interstate Commerce Commission in Burnham Van Service, Inc., Extension-Hawaii, 103 M.C.C. 372 (1966) on the applications of 20 mainland-based motor common carriers of household goods authorized to operate between all or extensive areas in the continental United States under appropriate certificated authority, six Hawaii-based motor common carriers affiliated with mainland carriers, and two purely local Hawaii carriers, 1 for certification of public convenience and necessity authorizing…
