Bln this workers’ compensation case, the claimant appeals a judgment denying her motion for penalties and attorney fees. For the following reasons, we affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

The facts in this matter are not in dispute. On November 29, 2010, a consent judgment was signed by the workers’ compensation judge (WCA) wherein the parties stipulated that the claimant, Betty Sinegal, was injured on April 26, 2006, and December 12, 2007, in the course and scope of her employment with Defendant, the Lafayette Parish Sheriffs Department.
