Larry Pace appeals the summary denial of his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We reverse the trial court's ruling on Pace's claim of ineffective assistance of counsel for instructing a key witness not to appear at trial because the attachments to the order of denial do not conclusively refute that claim.
